Job Related Discussion
VMD discusses the Job descriptions, roles and responsibilities of the available vacancies. We also provide market values and the recommended packages that the employer can offer for the positions.
Shortlist
We provide a range of applicants; they can be residing in UK or international with the eligibility to work in UK. Applicants are picked from the database to save time, if not available or if our headhunting team finds better potential online, we pick who might better suite the role and shortlist them for the employer
Interviews
VMD assists in scheduling and planning the interviews, we facilitate screening or exams that needs to be taken to test the eligibility specified to the job and pick the best and schedule them for interviews with the employers HR.
Confirmation
Post the interviews, we help shortlist or negotiate on the client’s behalf before confirming. We also can arrange for contracts to be overlooked by our solicitor partners.
